IPG Prison Outreach
“Even the darkness is not dark to You; the night shines like the day.”
— Psalm 139:12
IPG Prison Outreach is the correctional-outreach division of Israeli Publishing Group, supporting incarcerated men through scripture, study, correspondence, publishing access, spiritual encouragement, and responsible outside contact.
Our Purpose
We believe confinement should not sever a person from study, faith, purpose, or the possibility of growth. IPG Prison Outreach connects incarcerated readers and faith communities with serious scriptural materials, educational resources, correspondence, and trusted outside support.
What We Are Building
- Scripture and study-resource distribution
- Prison correspondence and faith-based encouragement
- Support for incarcerated religious communities
- Chaplain and institutional point-of-contact coordination
- Access to IPG publications and educational materials
- Reentry-oriented spiritual and educational support
Outside Representative
James Gandy serves as IPG’s Outside Representative for Prison Outreach. He provides a trusted external point of contact for approved communications with chaplains, institutions, families, community contacts, and IPG leadership.

FCI Ashland
IPG currently supports an informal faith community connected with FCI Ashland, Kentucky. This outreach is not presented as an official Bureau of Prisons partnership unless and until such a relationship is formally recognized by the institution.
A Light in Dark Places
The heart of this work is simple: no wall, sentence, institution, or season of darkness places a person beyond the reach of truth, study, dignity, or the light of יהוה.
IPG Prison Outreach is an Israeli Publishing Group initiative. References to correctional institutions describe communities we serve or seek to support and do not imply endorsement by, or formal affiliation with, the Federal Bureau of Prisons unless explicitly stated.
